Vancouver Island Automotive Aftermarket Ships products through Purolator, UPS or Canada Post. When your order has shipped from one of our Distribution Centres you will recieve a tracking number.
Please note that some oversize items or shipments to certain remote locations in Canada in which our Shipping Service Providers do not have easy access too we may charge a extra fee or your order will be cancelled if they are not able to deliver it. To return your product, you should e-mail us at joe@shcauto,com or call us at 250-360-2209 and we will process your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
